Local country resource preferred, expatriate candidates will be considered.
Experienced oven roaster. Controls gas fired roasters to remove moisture from beans: Weighs batch of beans in scale-hopper. Observes thermometer and adjusts controls to maintain required temperature. Compares color of roasting beans in oven with standard to estimate roasting time. Records amounts, types, and blends of beans roasted.
